David McNair has been a managing partner at Senior Solutions for over eighteen years. He represents individuals, hospitals and nursing homes in Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. In addition, he provides estate planning, Medicaid planning services, and probate services. He frequently handles crisis situations and guides his clients through challenging situations.
David is a graduate of the New England School of Law, where he received a full tuition merit scholarship, and graduated at the top of his class. He earned a bachelor's degree from Babson College. He frequently speaks to groups of health care professionals, seniors,and their famililes on the topics of Guardianship, Conservatorship and estate planning.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
